In 2000 he starred in the feature film Bitter Suite and the video You’re Invited to Mary-Kate & Ashley’s School Dance. Starbuck starred in the 2003 TV movie Recipe for Disaster. He also appeared in an episode of the TV series The Real L Word: Los Angeles in 2011. In 2012 he was featured in an episode of the TV series Live Big with Ali Vincent on the Live Well Network.
