Since 2009 he has starred as Zach Florrick in the CBS series The Good Wife. He appeared on the series White Collar in 2012 and starred in as Ellis Whitman in the film Goats. Phillips starred in the movies Innocence in 2013 and Staten Island Sumer in 2014. He has been nominated for three Screen Actors Guild Awards and two Young Artist Awards. As a singer he has appeared on The Today Show and was featured on Meat Loaf’s 2006 album Bat Out of Hell III: The Monster is Loose.
