In 2003 Raymond joined the G4 program The Electric Playground and was a part-time correspondent. She started working for Ubisoft Montreal in 2004 and was the producer of the game Assassin’s Creed. She was executive producer for Assassin’s Creed II and served as executive producer of new projects at Ubisoft Montreal. In 2010 she moved and became managing director for the new Ubisoft Toronto studio. She serves on the Board of Directors of WIFT-T which is dedicated to helping advance women in screen-based industries. Raymond announced that she was parting ways with Ubisoft in October 2014. She has also worked on the games Jeopardy!, Trivial Pursuit, There, Watch Dogs, The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot, and Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Blacklist.
