Macke’s resumé includes working for Senn-Delaney a leading retail culture consultant firm, being an analyst for Palo-Alto investors, developing a training program for Sears, running two hedge funds- including the hedge fund Buckshot Capital, hosting the cable show Fast Money from 2006-2007, blogging, hosting, writing, and contributing to both Yahoo! Finance’s blog Breakout and Minyanville, being the founder and president of Macke Asset Management, co-founding the investment partnership Macke Partners, and finally residing as a Board of Director for Duckwall-Alco. He also runs Buckshot Capital, a hedge fund. For the last ten years, he has been a professional investor and ran a successful hedge fund between 1999 and 2004.
