Clower’s album Clower Power was released in 1973 and reached #7 on the US Country chart. His posthumous 2006 album Classic Clower Power reached #3 on the US Comedy albums chart. He also served as the co-host of the television series Nashville on the Road from 1975 to 1981. Jerry Clower passed away on August 24, 1998 at the age of 71.
