Breland finished with a professional boxing record of 35 – 3 – 1 with 25 knockouts. Since retiring from the sport he has worked as a boxing trainer. As an actor Breland has starred in the movies The Lords of Discipline, He Got Game, Summer of Sam, and The Undercover Man. He has appeared in episodes of the TV series Miami Vice and Lights Out.
