She remained with World Championship Wrestling until 2003, when she quit the WWF and subsequently filed a lawsuit against them for sexual harassment. She claimed she was sexually assaulted backstage by Steve Lombardi. The charges were later dismissed in court. Unfortunately Nicole died on February 17, 2017.
