In 2012, Theo Mueller acquired Britain’s Robert Wiseman Diaries, one of the largest suppliers of fresh milk in the country, for £279.5 mil. (about $450 mil). In July the same year, Theo and Pepsi also announced their joint venture in the U.S. called Muller Quaker Dairy, which is supposed to enter the growing dairy market in the States in mid-July 2013 with premium yogurt products. The active leadership of Mueller group today belongs to Heiner Kamps, Stefan Muller (oldest son of Theo Muller) and Dr. Henrik Bauwens.
