White has released a total of 16 studio albums starting with his debut Black and White in 1968 on Monument Records. His last three albums have all reached the top 10 of the US Blues Charts with his latest Hoodoo coming in 2013. “Polk Salad Annie” peaked at #8 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 1969. White performed “Polk Salad Annie” with the Foo Fighters on The Late Show with David Letterman in October 2014. In response Letterman pointed to White and said “If I was this guy, you could all kiss my ass”.
